How We Apply Coating to the Parts?
The coating to costumer parts will apply by variety of methods such as pressurized gas spraying (air, nitrogen Argonne, etc.), brushing, sputtering etc. The coatings can be deposited at an ambient temperature with or without binders or adhesives by costumer request. By using individual approach we provide good adhesion of coating to the costumer parts with the thickness in the range between 0.5 μm to 3.0 μm.
By customer demand the parts surfaces could be modified and hardened in order to make the performance of solid lubricant coating more productive. The following surface methods of surface modification could be applied prior to solid lubricant deposition: anodized, plating, PVD or CVD coating, nitrating or other forms of surface modifications. Each specific application will be discussed with customer and the best candidate coating will be suggested.
